i love staying home on saturday nights. i love getting in the vortex and milking the feeling. i love that my job is to get into the vortex and stay there as much as possible. i love that i am getting better and better at staying there all the time. i love being a deliberate thinker. i love using my imagination. i love expanding my imagination. i am inspired to do an imagination expanding exercise. i love to laugh. i love sharing laughter with others. i love my healthy body! i love how in shape i am! i love that i have endurance. i love my flexibility. i love my strength. i love the feeling of allowing natural wellness to flow through me. i know that my thoughts control my reality and thus every physical manifestation in that reality. i know physical manifestations are indicators. i know everything is an indicator. i love noticing indicators. i love noticing synchronicities. i love being in the vortex! I LOVE BEING A CONSCIOUS CREATOR. I LOVE THAT I HAVE CONTROL OVER MY REALITY. I LOVE THAT LIFE IS GETTING BETTER EVERY! I LOVE MY LOVE SO MUCH! I LOVE WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW!

i am feeling so awesome about everything! i feel so positive about everything in my life! i did a focus wheel with my set-point already at appreciation and joy, and it just got me higher! feeling good makes me trip. i know that i came into this physical experience just to feel good, and my life’s ‘work’ is just to feel good and expand the universe! i know the purpose of my existence is to expand the universe with my desire and that anything i can possibly imagine will come to me because i am a vibrational match for abundance. i do not have any resistance to all that is coming my way because i know i deserve it and it is the reason why i came into this physical body. i love my physical body! i love how it gets me anywhere i need to go. i love how walking 10 miles seems like nothing. i love the thrum of my legs as i tune myself to the vibration of being in alignment. i love that exercise helps me feel more in alignment. i love that when i do my pushups and pullups, i feel more in alignment. i love that i eat what i want and never have to feel like i am depriving myself of anything. i love that i feel good when i eat. i love that i feel good all the time! i love where i am right now! i am so grateful for everything that i have! i have this amazing apartment in this amazing city in this amazing state in this amazing country in this AMAZING UNIVERSE. all of this is here for us to enjoy! we do not have to struggle to prosper! all we have to do is milk the good feelings of being who we are and enjoy the expansion of our physical selves as we continually close the ever-expanding gap of who we are vs who we want to be. life is so fun! its a blast when you understand that is how it is supposed to be! having fun brings more fun! feeling good brings more good feelings! ALL I HAVE TO DO IS FEEL GOOD AND HAVE FUN! I FUCKING LOVE MY FUCKING LIFE!!!! AND I LOVE YOU ALL!! I LOVE EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING! I FEEL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!

i am beautiful. i love my physical body. i love how strong my body is. i love my strong feet. i love my calf muscles. i love my body hair. i love my hairy legs. i love my hairy bush. i love my hairy underarms. i love how strong my legs are. i love how many pull-ups i can do. i love doing push-ups. i love jumping rope even though it gets on my nerves when i miss. i love jumping rope in my vibrams. i love that source energy looks upon me with unconditional love. i know that i can’t get it wrong and i’ll never get it done and the reason i can’t get it wrong is because i’ll never get it done. i love that i am an eternal being. i love that i chose to be here. i love what i have created thus far. i am grateful for the opportunity to clean up my thoughts and vibration. i love not caring what anyone else thinks. i love following my emotional guidance system. i love that i have emotions that tell me when i am following my higher self and when i am not. i love that i can remember a feeling of a higher self for as long as i can remember. i can remember always having a feeling that i would be ‘something big’, and i now recognize that as my higher self calling to me. i am so grateful i now know how to follow the call of my higher self and love doing so. I have more than enough money than I need. I don’t have to even think about money because the universe will provide it for me. We have been making money every day and that grows more and more the more I let down my resistance. My resistance lowers daily. I’ve noticed many things I have manifested lately, many of the monetary. I am a conscious creator. I know I have a fortune waiting for me in vibrational escrow. I know it already exists and I am getting closer to it with each moment. I have noticed all the fantastic things I have manifested lately and I am proud to have the ability to make those things. I saw a quaint little house last night, it was nothing special, but I loved it because I knew I made it. I know I create my own reality. I know whatever I want, I can have. I know I don’t have to worry about anything. I know the universe will take care of everything. i know i don’t have to worry. i know if i just let go of things and accept how that are that everything will be great and just get better. i notice a difference in what i manifest when i am having negative feelings vs. when i am having positive feelings. i know what it feels like to have my vibration up. i have tools that i can use that help me get my vibration up. i love myself and everyone around me so much. i love this world that we are all living in. i love that we have so much to teach and learn from each other. i know that anything i want i can have and that i would not have the desire if it were not possible. i don’t have to worry about how things will happen and when, just allow them to happen as they may. i know i have more than enough money. i know i have plenty of money to pay my bills and that the universe will continue to provide for me because i am a vibrational match for my fortune. the universe loves me unconditionally and never looks at me with judgement. money is not integral to my experience here. it is not worth thinking about. i have everything i need. all my desires will be met by the universe. i know that i am in the vortex more and more each day. each day i get better and better and holding my dominant vibration at joy. i know i am not always there, but i am getting better and better at staying there most of the time. i follow my inspiration whenever it strikes me and it feels good to do so. i combat negative feelings with ease. i feel so good! i love my life! i love the people i am living my life with! i love jessica! i love pwny and linty! i love my apartment! i love my neighborhood! i love my HEB! i love walking! i love my strong body that carries me where i want to go! i love this city! i love the weather when it is balls hot! i love it when its cloudy! i love our swimming pool! I LOVE MY FUCKING LIFE EVERY SINGLE FUCKING ASPECT OF IT I LOVE IT SO FUCKING MUCH!!!!!
