I know I am getting better at this everyday. I consider myself lucky to have already been so high on the emotional scale when I learned the true nature of reality. I know being in alignment is when source flows through me. Today I learned more about how not to think about certain topics at all and just for get about them. I expect. I know things have to go my way because I do everything I can to feel good. My job is to sift through the contrast and find things about my reality that I like.

  • meditated: 15 mins morning, 15 mins afternoon
  • walked: 6 miles
  • caffeine: 2 polar pops, 1.5 shots espresso

had a conversation with source. we told each other we loved each other. then we just ‘held’ each other and savored the feeling of love. then i was playing a game, asking source did they like this or that and feeling for the emotional response they gave me. the game was pleasing. i enjoyed very much looking for things to make source happy because i loved them.

Today I am goin to focus like never before. I am going to deliberately remain in the vortex. I know that focus means getting in the vortex and milking the feeling. I know that all I have to do is feel good. I know that deliberate creation means doing everything I can to feel good. Feeling good feels good. I am so grateful for this day. I am so grateful I know the meaning of life! I love fall! I love the smells. I love the weather. I love wearing jeans. I love camping. I love that I am in the vortex and i don’t have to get out except to the sift through the contrast. I love that my fortune is already there for me and it flows at the rate at which I can allow. I love structure because it helps me to focus. I love being a conscious creator. I love being really good at this. I love being a master. I love being a thought leader. I love morning rains. I love that we are awake before noon. I love lining up my energy before getting out of bed. I live being in alignment! I love knowing who I really am. I love knowing that all I have to do is feel good and law of attraction will take care of the rest! I am so excited and grateful for this day!
